NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION —

The calcium content of yucca, together with vitamin K, helps maintain healthy bones and prevents osteoporosis. In addition, it contains vitamin B6, which favors skin and hair care.
Season.
We offer this product ALL YEAR ROUND depending on purchase programs prior to the start of the season.
Preparation.
Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume preferably within 24 hours for optimal conditions.
Boiling
Place frozen product in boiling water for 30 minutes until soft.
Air Fryer
Boil for 15 minutes and finish cook for 12 minutes in the air fryer.
Deep fryer
Boil for 15 minutes and finish cook for 5 to 8 minutes in boiling oil.
