NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION —
Frozen mango.
Mangoes have good antioxidant properties, since they have a high percentage of vitamin C.
It also provides iron, phosphorus, calcium and sugars.
Due to its high fiber content, mango can be very stimulating for the digestive system, helping with its laxative properties to lose weight.
Season.
We offer this product ALL YEAR ROUND depending on purchase programs prior to the start of the season.
Preparation.
Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume preferably within 24 hours for optimal conditions.
The best option
Thaw the product in the refrigerator 1 hour before consumption.
No time?
Thaw at room temperature 25 minutes before consumption.
Frozen use
Add 100g of frozen product in a blender with 200ml of water and ice to prepare a smoothie.
