NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION —
Frozen papaya.
Half a papaya covers almost twice the daily requirement of vitamin C and a quarter of provitamin A in the form of beta-carotene. It also satisfies 38% of the contribution of folic acid, and almost 20% of vitamin E.

Preparation.
For all options, once thawed, consume within 24 hours for optimal conditions.
Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Best option
Thaw the product to be consumed 1 hour before consumption in the refrigerator.
Good option
Thaw the product to be consumed for 25 minutes at room temperature before consumption.
Frozen use
Add 100g of frozen product in blender 200ml of water and ice to prepare a smoothie.
