Wild Blackberries.
The blackberry is a great antioxidant. Its intense color indicates a high amount of natural pigments, anthocyanins, and carotenoids, which combat the action of free radicals that are harmful to health.
In Costa Rica, blackberries are of the wild variety, making them slightly more acidic than other varieties.
