By freezing products at their optimum ripeness and with the Prime Freezing System®, we eliminate fruit seasonality, and prevent food waste by extending shelf life and keeping it fresh when thawed.
Renewable energy.
Our processing plant is located next to a river, which we use to generate our hydroelectric energy, achieving that 50% of the energy we use is renewable.
Water reuse.
All the water we use in the process is cleaned by a treatment plant that removes any fruit or food residue so that it can be reused.
Wastes reuse.
We work with local winners for the reuse of peels and fruits left over from our processes to be used as livestock feed.
